Globus Thenken aims to leverage the team’s expertise to create strategic alliances with clients, partners and industry experts and bring industry leading consulting services to our clients around the globe.
Joy heads Globus Thenken’s energy vertical and has prior experience as a project finance professional working with EnterSolar, one of the leading Commercial PV developers in the United States. Joy has helped structure over 15 MW of solar transactions for large scale commercial clients (including fortune 500 companies) by leveraging a range of project finance structures including project-level debt, sale-leasebacks and tax equity structures. Joy holds a Master’s degree in management from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University Of Sheffield (UK). He holds the NABCEP certification and is also a certified energy risk professional (GARP)
Vijay handles operations at Globus Thenken and was previously the Deputy Director of Operations at BTQ Financial, a New York based financial and healthcare consulting firm handling over $600 million in client assets. He used his operational expertise to help build and manage a new BTQ business vertical that provided financial and management services to some of the biggest healthcare networks in New York. He holds a Master’s degree in management from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Vijay has a strong interest in Renewable energy and has completed his NABCEP Solar PV training.
